IMMIGRATION IN ITALY AND ABROAD
In partnership with the HR Department EKS manages the application for authorization/residence permit in Italy or abroad, through the preparation and monitoring of the required operating steps and in particular:
- Analysis of the case and indication of ad hoc solutions to enable the entry of foreign employees in Italy;
- Preparation and submission of the application for work permit in Italy with relevant documentation to be attached to the Single Desk for Immigration;
- Monitoring of the application;
- Managing relationships with competent Italian authorities.
- Mandatory administrative obligations for EU and non-EU employees (Legislative Decree 136/2016)
- Coordination of relationships between Home Country companies and international professional structures delegated to the management of immigration practices in the country of destination.
