Self-defence request support (“istanza di autotutela”)

EKS will provide workers with support for asking the Italian tax authorities for the total or partial annulment of a deed received by workers which they find to be illegitimate (such as communication of irregularity, tax demand, rejection of refund application, tax assessment notice, adjustment notice, penalty notice, etc.).

This support will be provided in the form of the preparation of and sending to the Tax Authorities of a self-defence request with the relative support documentation provided by workers, providing any clarifications required.
