* This flat fee covers 4 (four) hours/person worked. Above this threshold, the additional hours will be billed on the basis of an average rate of € 180,00/h.
Support in case of request of documents
EKS will support the employee should the subject be invited by the Italian tax authorities to show or send deeds and documents or fill in questionnaires relative to data and specific news important for the employee’s investigation, also related to the formal control of the submitted income tax return (articles 32, 36 bis and 36 ter of DPR 600/73).
The support will be offered by preparing and sending a detailed report with relative documents received by the employee to the Italian tax authorities, together with all the necessary explanations.*
